...Nevertheless, with its location (Enebro’s restaurant) inserted in the “Gastronomical Mile” within El Bosque Norte, Isidora Goyenechea could (and should) be positioned better against the strong competition found on the excellent cuisine given for lunch time, with its Executive Menu and many alternatives to enjoy a very comfy dinner...

Delicious delights without fuss
The east sidewalk avenue of El Bosque contains a well known long data group of restaurants, when that way was the “top one” regarding to fashionable food. For that reason, it is surprising to find, on the west side, a luminous and just renewed restaurant with a kitchen that is worth to detail. Enebro’s restaurant is located on the corner of Ebro’s street (obvious) and belongs to Plaza El Bosque Hotel...
… Without any fuss, Enebro’s restaurant, in some way, has inheriting the unforgettable kitchen of Hotel Carrera: its Chef Jorge Uribe, worked for years under the direction of Aquiles Abarca....

… There is no secret that the district of El Bosque, those blocks that go from Apoquindo to Isidora Goyenechea have lost gastronomical notoriety lately by the disappearance of emblematic restaurants and the opening of establishments with another type of food, but still continues captivating public. Without any fear to be wrong, Enebro’s restaurant is a discovery and one of those good ones. In addition, its private parking lot turns it into a luxury in that zone. It is possible that not yet, can have the spectacular notoriety of those fashionable places, but is doubtless a very good news for those who like good food in a cosmopolitan atmosphere…

Chilean airs in Enebro
Enebro’s kitchen surprised me, the restaurant of the Plaza el Bosque Hotel, which I didn’t visited since its opening… my favorite dish was the calf fillet perfumed with cacao juice....

Pomodoro hamburger
One of the characteristics of this Hotel restaurant, inserted on the middle of El Golf neighborhood, is its selection of four homemade hamburgers… In its terrace, facing the street, this is a fast and ideal lunch for the local Gordon Gekko’s that actively walk by the district..

… The main restaurant of the Plaza el Bosque Park & Suites Hotel, that also counts with a direct access from El Bosque Norte 0210. And like a fine dining restaurant everything you eat there is totally recommendable.
